The Rose of Tralee International Festival is one of Ireland's largest and longest running festivals, celebrating 57 years in 2016. The Dome is erected every year but from 2016 on it will be the focus of a multi-million Euro development. A contemporary building/tourism centre is to be built to provide a huge boost to tourism in town.
