KELS provides access to free English Language classes in County Kerry. This service is for international protection applicants, migrants and refugees. KELS is a part of the Kerry Community Integration Forum which brings together different organisations to help migrants, International Protection Applicants, Refugees and other English language learners to integrate into the Kerry community.
